How do I turn Auto Send on?

Enable automatic credit reporting to your board from Orbit CME.

Credits you earn in Orbit CME can be automatically sent to the following boards:

ABA

Credits are sent weekly on Monday nights. ABA uploads credits by Friday except for holidays.

ABIM

Credits are sent on the 1st and 16th of the month every evening.

ABS

Credits are sent on the 1st and 16th of the month every evening.

APCA

Credits are sent weekly on weekends.

ARDMS

Credits are sent weekly on weekends.

Tip: Only credits earned in Orbit are auto-sent. Imported credits are not sent - they're only used to update your Orbit dashboards.

If you’re creating a new account

During onboarding, you will be asked your NPI and specialty ID number, if applicable.

If you fill them in during onboarding, you'll see Auto Send turned on when you arrive at your dashboard. You can also see your ID number as well as the date when your credits were last sent.

If your existing account has Auto Send turned off

1. Click Reactivate.

2. Enter the requested identifiers.

3. Confirm that Auto Send is turned on.
