Each year ASIC send your company an annual statement shortly after the annual review date (which in most cases is the date you registered the company).

You must complete the following steps to keep your company registered:

  1. Pay your annual company review fee.

  2. Check and update your company details. You can make changes to your member details and shareholdings by logging into Orchestra. If Orchestra is your appointed ASIC agent then any updates you make will be entered at ASIC within 2 business days.

  3. Pass a solvency resolution. A positive solvency resolution requires no further action and can be stored in your Document Vault on Orchestra.

If you have appointed Orchestra Pty Ltd as your ASIC agent then your company statement, and other correspondence from ASIC, will be uploaded to your company profile in Orchestra for you to collect. Company administrators will be notified by email that there is correspondence to view.

Click on 'View document' from your email notification, or visit the menu option for 'ASIC (AU)' > 'ASIC correspondence'.

Click on the hyperlinked document name to download the document and view it.

It is the responsibility of your company to pay any ASIC fees directly to ASIC within the required timeframes.

For more information see Annual statements on the ASIC website.
