How do I download my cap table? | Orchestra Knowledge Base

You may like to download your cap table as a spreadsheet to do further manipulations, such as modelling for a capital raise, or modelling the conversion of a convertible note or SAFE.

To download your cap table you need to be logged in as a company administrator.

Click 'Dashboard' in your left hand menu.

On the cap table page click 'Download cap table'. An excel (.xls) file is exported.

The exported spreadsheet has columns for shares currently on issue (Total shares), shares that will be issued as a result of options in an ESOP (Unissued shares) and the sum of those two (Total securities). 'Unissued shares' for each shareholder includes both unvested and vested options, and excludes expired options (these are included in 'ESOP (unallocated)') and exercised options (it is assumed that these have been issued and are already shown in total shares).
