To download a list of your current shareholders you need to be logged in as a company administrator.

From your Orchestra Dashboard, click 'Share register' and 'Shareholders' in your left hand menu.

On the shareholders screen click 'Download reports'. You have two download options:

The download 'Shareholders as CSV' is a spreadsheet format that you can use for further data work if required.

Enter a date into the 'View as on date' field and click the 'Filter results' button. Click 'Download reports' and select your preferred report. Check your computer's downloads folder for the exported file.
