How do I add or change my company logo?

You can add 2 versions of your logo to Orchestra:

  1. Logo - square, 200 x 200 pixels recommended (1 x 1 ratio)

  2. Banner - rectangle, 400 x 160 pixels recommended (2.5 x 1 ratio)

Logo - Appears on your investor's Dashboard and on their statement of holding.

Banner - Appears in email notifications.

To add or change your company logo on Orchestra you need to have access as a company administrator and be logged in.

Navigate to the left hand menu 'Administration' and 'Company details'. Drag and drop your logo file into the logo box. Click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.

Important Note: A Logo or Banner logo that doesn't have the correct dimensions will be resized to fit. This may result in distortion of your logo. To avoid distortion please follow the size recommendations.

If you add a new logo and save, it will replace your existing logo (if you have one) with the new one.

To remove your logo tick the box 'Remove current logo' and 'Save'.
