How do I create a shareholder report?

To show a list of all shareholders for an entity, you will need to log in and have access as a company administrator.

From your Orchestra dashboard, click the 'Share register' and 'Shareholders' section. By default, all shareholders will be shown, and you can filter these by name, email, share class, or date.

The current share register can be downloaded, and admins also have access to view a statement of holding for each investor.

To view shareholdings including current dilutions (which includes any vested options), you can tick the 'Show current dilutions' box and click 'Filter results'. The same can be done for 'Show all granted dilutions', and both reports can be downloaded as a CSV file. Please note that diluted data is indicative only.

You can also use 'Advanced filters' to view shareholders based on 'Address', 'Has notes', or any 'Custom fields' you have set up.
