As a company administrator you can update your company details, such as email, residential address and IRD number on your 'Company details' page. You can also add logos that will be shown on your profile and in company emails to shareholders.
You can update your company details by following the below steps:
Log into Orchestra
On the bottom of the 'Select entity' page, under the 'Manage Orchestra Companies' section, select the company you wish you update details for
Click 'Administration' from the menu on the left of the page
Click 'Company details'
Update the appropriate fields
Scroll down and click save
Note: Changes to your company address do not update automatically at the NZ Companies Office or ASIC for you. Please make your company address updates there too.
