When your ESOP has been set up on Orchestra, a welcome email can be sent to your option holders inviting them onto the platform.

An optional custom message can be added to the invitation email. See below for an example of what an initial communication to your option holders could look like:

What happens when they create an account / login?

When option holders login or create an account, Orchestra is set up so that they will be linked to any options they have. For a summary of what employee option holders can see, have a look at our ESOP Option holder overview video.

The initial dashboard presented to them shows the entities they have access to, and what holdings those entities have.

Main dashboard

The main dashboard gives option holders a birds-eye view of their options and company information. This includes a summary of the options they have been allocated and the number of options that are vested.

Options feature

Clicking through to the options feature from the 'View More' button or left side menu will reveal an overview of the individual's personal options. They can see a history of events (vesting and exercising) as well as any vesting schedules that are set up for their options.

Vesting notifications

When an option vesting event occurs an automated email notification is sent to the option holder.
