Granting view only access to your share registry for your investors

Key investors, or any other suitable users, can be granted viewing rights to access the full share registry for an entity, and any ESOP that may have been created. With view only access, the administrator will not be able to make edits to your share register or ESOP.

Note: 'View only' users are not given full rights to view any documents that have been saved as 'Administrator only'.

To grant 'view only' rights to administrators:

  1. Select the 'Administration' option from the left hand menu

  2. Select 'User access'

  3. Create a new user with the 'View (Read Only)' role
