To manage your agent dashboard you will need to be logged into Orchestra and have company agent administrator access.

Under 'Your agent entities' select the company you want to manage. Companies with actions pending are indicated by a notification number in red.

Actions are queued when:

  1. New shares are issued on Orchestra

  2. Shares are transferred on Orchestra

  3. A shareholder's address changes on Orchestra

  4. A new director or company secretary is added on Orchestra

  5. An existing director or company secretary is resigned on Orchestra

  6. An existing director or company secretary's address is changed on Orchestra

Use the arrow icon to see details about the update including a 'Changes' section that outlines what details have changed from and to.

When the update has been entered, toggle the action to processed. Notes may be added to the 'Description' field.

A daily email of company updates requiring agent action are emailed to agent administrators, until the actions are processed and toggled complete.

If you have an action pending and need more information please email us on companies@orchestra.io.

Uploading ASIC correspondence

Correspondence received from ASIC such as company statements, invoices and announcements must be passed onto the company by their ASIC agent. Documents can be uploaded to Orchestra for a company administrator to collect.

Click into the company that you have correspondence for. From the left side menu select 'ASIC CORRESPONDENCE' and 'Upload document'.

Drag your document file onto the 'Upload document' box. The 'Name' is populated from the filename, and can be changed by typing in the box. Select the document 'Type' from the dropdown menu:

  1. Annual statement

  2. Invoice

  3. General correspondence

Click the 'Upload' button.

Click 'Confirm' to upload the file and send an email to company administrators notifying them that there is ASIC correspondence to view.

The file is uploaded to Orchestra and an email notification is sent to company administrators. The PDF file type is supported. The file can be deleted using the 'Delete document' icon. The email notification can be resent to company administrators using the 'Resend email' icon.
