Orchestra has a ‘per stakeholder’ charging model. The number of stakeholders you pay for is shown as the quantity (Qty) on your invoice.
The quantity is dynamic and may change from month to month depending on whether you add or remove stakeholders from your company profile. For example, if one of your shareholders divests of their entire holding in your company (sells their shares), then we will stop including them in your stakeholder count.
The invoice quantity is locked in at the time your invoice is generated.
