There are times when an investor may want to give additional users access to their shareholder entity. Some examples include:

  • a trust being managed by multiple trustees

  • a joint shareholder

  • a partnership

  • a company where multiple people need visibility of the shareholding

To give extra users access to your shareholder login to Orchestra.

Click on the entity that you would like to manage user access for.

Click on the 'User access' button to manage Orchestra users that have access to the entity. You have the option to add users or delete an existing user.

If you add a new user and they already have a login to Orchestra they will receive an email inviting them to view the shareholder on their Orchestra dashboard.

If you add a new user and they haven't set up an Orchestra account yet they will receive an email inviting them to get started on Orchestra with a free account.
