How do I know a company I am a shareholder in has sent a communication?

When a new communication is created, an email notification is sent out to let shareholders know that there is a communication on Orchestra for them to read. The email is a generic email from Orchestra with the company's name and logo and a button to click to view the communication.

How do I view my company company communication?

To view your company communication, click on the 'View communication' button in the email that has been sent from the platform. For security purposes, the link can be used to access the Communication twice before login is required. The link only allows access to the relevant Communication and any attached documents.

Why can I not access my company communication?

You cannot access a company communication from clicking the 'view communication' button in the email from Orchestra more than twice for security purposes. To view your company communication follow the below steps:

  1. Please login to Orchestra here: https://www.orchestra.co.nz/login

  2. On your Shareholder summary please click on the appropriate company holding.

  3. On the left hand menu click 'Communications' all current and previous communications will be able to be read here. Any communications that you have not read will have a blue 'new' tag next to it.

Some of the benefits of logging into Orchestra to read shareholder communications are:

  • increased security - sensitive information isn't captured or intercepted by email

  • you can receive other important company information and view company documents

  • you can view your shareholding and download a statement of holding (share certificate)

  • you can update your contact details such as residential address
