Click on the link for 'Forgot your password?'
Type in your email address and click on the 'Send reset password' button. We will send you a link to your email address to reset your password.
You should receive the password reset email within 5 minutes. If you don't receive the email please try these troubleshooting steps:
Check your spam or junk or promotions folder.
Reload your email Inbox to make sure new emails have been pulled in.
If you have requested multiple password reset emails, only the most recent one will work. Each new password reset email deactivates any earlier password reset links.
The email is sent from business@sharesies.com and has the subject 'Reset your Sharesies Private password'. It looks like this:

Passwords cannot be reset if a login does not yet exist on the platform. If you haven't created an account on Sharesies Private, please sign up here. It's free for investors to sign up.
Resetting the password for other Sharesies accounts
'Personal' is the wealth app for your holdings in publicly listed companies.
'Sharesies Private' is the platform for your holdings in private companies.
If you have a Sharesies Personal account then it is an independent system from the Sharesies Private platform. Resetting the password for one account will not affect the other, even if you use the same email address or password for both.
