Orchestra is completely free for investors and only takes a few simple steps to get started.
If you are an investor/shareholder in a company that is using Orchestra, you will be invited to join Orchestra by email. If you haven't seen this email, you can still create an account from the homepage of the Orchestra website.
The email will look something like what you see below:
Step 1: Creating an Account
You will need to create an account to see your shareholdings on Orchestra. Creating an account is completely free for investors, and can be done by either:
Option A - Following the link to create an account in the email you received
Through the email you receive (like the example above), you can click on the 'Get started today' button, which will take you to the sign up page on the Orchestra website.
You will now be able to create an account by entering your personal information in all of the boxes. It is important that you sign up with the email address that you received the invitation on, as that is how you will be linked to your holdings.
Once you have completed this, see Step 2 further below.
Option B - Creating an account on the home page of Orchestra at: www.orchestra.io
If you aren't creating an account using Option A above, you can create an account on the Orchestra website homepage by clicking the 'Login' button at the top right of the page (see red arrow in the image below).
When you click the Login button, you will be taken to the login page. On the login page, click the 'Sign up' button (highlighted in red in the image below).
You will now be able to create an account by entering your personal information in the boxes as shown above. It is important that you sign up with the email that you have provided to your invested company as your contact email address.
Once you have completed this, see Step 2 below.
Step 2: Verifying Your Email
Once you have created an account through either method above, you will see a green box pop up at the top of the page saying that you will need to verify your email address (see below).
Go to your email inbox with the email that you signed up with, and find the email from Orchestra. You might have to wait a couple of minutes for the email to arrive. If you still don't see the email, be sure to check your spam and promotions folder in case the email arrived there.
The email will look like the image below. Simply click 'Confirm email address', and you will have successfully created your account.
