For shareholders needing to update their own residential address, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the shareholder summary dashboard
Login to your account.
Click the 'Edit entity' button on the shareholder summary dashboard.
If you have multiple entities:
Select the 'Entity overview' tab.
Choose the entity you want to update the address for and click on the 'Edit entity' button.
Step 2: Update your residential address
Edit form: When the edit form appears, update your residential address in the 'Entity registered address' section at the bottom of the form.
Save: Click 'Save' to confirm the changes.
Important notes
Impact on the share register: Changing your residential address will also update the share register for any companies you have holdings in.
New Zealand companies: If you are a shareholder of a New Zealand company and are a top 20 shareholder, your updated address will be listed on the New Zealand Companies Office.
Australian companies: If you are a shareholder of an Australian company, your updated address will be listed on ASIC.
