The most common reasons why your MFA code may not be working are:
The MFA code has expired (it wasn't used in time).
A newer MFA code has been requested, rendering older codes void.
Your MFA code email should arrive within a minute or two after being requested, and the code will need to be used immediately, as it does have a rapid expiry for security reasons.
Please follow these steps if your MFA code is not working:
Try logging in to Orchestra and generating another code: https://www.orchestra.co.nz/login
In your email inbox, refresh the page and wait for the new code to come through.
If you have requested a code multiple times, make sure you use the most recent code, as older codes are voided as soon as a new code is requested.
Sometimes emails can get delayed, by email providers, or for other reasons, so trying again later can often prove successful.
