If you have lost access to your email address (for example you have changed employment and no longer have access to your company email) then you may not be able to login to Orchestra anymore.
You will need to follow these steps to change your login email address and your entity email address:
As the email address you use to login to Orchestra is your username and is unique in the Orchestra system, please sign up again here: https://www.orchestra.co.nz/signup
Chat with a member of the Orchestra team and they will complete a security step with you. Select 'Talk to a person' if you're already on chat or email.
The Orchestra team will link your new login account to your holdings.
