Suppliers must be EU-based, have a valid VAT number and company registration, and distribute dental and dental-related products used in oral healthcare practices. To keep the marketplace reliable for practices, suppliers are expected to respond to inquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), provide accurate and complete product data, and consistently meet the delivery times they state. Products must comply with applicable EU rules for dental use.
You register with an EU country and an EU postal address. A local entity in the Netherlands or Belgium is not required. See:
Path to sell: register, wait for an Ordentic admin to activate your account, complete the supplier checklist (default billing and shipping addresses, Stripe link and onboard, valid VAT, shipping costs for at least one country, default shipping duration, legal documents, and your first listing), then set seller status to active for the storefront.
