Your customer is the dental practice (the business buyer). The purchase agreement is between you as the seller and that practice. Ordentic provides the platform and is not a party to the sale.
On the order you see the shipping address, billing address, and VAT number (company name and address details). Personal email and phone are not shown on that screen.
You invoice the practice as the seller and upload your invoice under invoices on the order. The buyer pays Ordentic, and Ordentic settles with you.
