There are multiple ways to upload your invoice for an Ordentic order.
You can upload it manually by opening the order at https://ordentic.com/en/supplier/orders and using the upload button on the right side of the screen. Once you upload the invoice, there is a two-hour grace period to make any adjustments if needed. After that, the invoice is locked and sent to the customer. Further changes can only be made by contacting Ordentic staff.
