Yes. Ordentic invoices commission, and you receive that invoice by email. Credit notes are sent the same way. There is no commission-invoice list to download in the supplier portal.
Commission is deducted automatically from your payout when the customer pays. You can see your commission rate under preferences, then commission & legal:
Commission is a percentage of the order value excluding shipping. If a customer is refunded, that commission is refunded in proportion as part of the payout reversal, and you receive the credit note by email.
