Ordentic stores the catalog and commercial data you provide so buyers can find and order your products. That includes product names and descriptions, images, brands, listings and prices, delivery times, shipping costs, and your company profile.
Supplier product data may be transformed or enriched to keep it consistent across the catalog and improve the customer experience.
In the portal you can manage listings, imports, products, brands, and your company profile under preferences. You can export listings from exports (download listings); export files expire after 7 days. You can delete or deactivate listings, and you can request brand ownership under brands, which unlocks content enrichment for that brand.
