As a buyer you use Ordentic free of charge. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee for your practice. Ordentic charges commission to suppliers, not to buyers.
Product prices are shown excluding shipping and excluding VAT. You see shipping on listing summaries and again in the cart, separate from the product amount. At checkout, VAT is calculated in the next step so you see the full total before you pay.
