You can sell on Ordentic with or without the EU OSS Union Scheme. Manage this under preferences, then company, where you can manage OSS settings:
Without OSS, buyers who are not VAT-registered businesses can view your listings but cannot purchase. Selling to international buyers that are not VAT-registered without OSS is not currently supported. You can still sell to international buyers who are VAT-registered businesses.
