Shipping pallets

The first RO we receive from you, or any RO with new products to OrderGrid, will take 5 business days to process once everything has arrived and item dimensions are validated.

We inspect all inventory coming into our warehouses. We reserve the right to refuse or dispose of contaminated products to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Details for preparing a shipment to an OrderGrid location:

  • 54" max pallet height - if a pallet is any taller, we will repalletize at an additional cost

  • One lot code per pallet

  • One SKU per pallet

  • Each case shipper clearly labelled with enclosed SKU and quantity. Note, case shipper quantities should be uniform across all SKU's case shippers unless it is a partial case.

    SKU ###
    Qty ###

    • Any partial case shippers should be clearly labelled

      PARTIAL CASE
      SKU ###
      Qty ###
  • Clearly label your shipment

    [Client/Company name] c/o OrderGrid
    RO ######
  • Delivery must include packing slip with the SKUs, quantities, lot codes, and expiry

Note: If the above is NOT followed, or a mixed pallet is received (meaning two or more SKUs on one pallet), we will sort the items at your predetermined hourly labour rate.

3 business day SLA of receiving your shipment into OrderGrid inventory. If there is no RO, or the shipment is not prepared according to these guidelines, it will take extra time to receive.

Please note:

  • Receiving appointments should be approved by our operations team before any carrier confirmation and require at least 48 hours of advanced notice. We cannot guarantee the request can be met based on warehouse capacity/appointments so it is important to get approval first!

  • Providing pallet counts & item qty helps our team and makes receiving more efficient and faster.

Shipping boxes

For anything under a pallet, we just request the RO to be in the system before the shipment arrives at the warehouse. The SLA will begin once the RO is in the system and the physical product is in the warehouse. Not following protocols will result in delays in receiving.

For any additional questions or concerns, please contact your account manager, they will be happy to assist you!
