As Tropical Cyclone Alfred approaches Queensland and Northern New South Wales, nbn have cancelled existing appointments in cyclone affected areas on Friday 7 March and Saturday 8 March.

Appointments are cancelled for the safety and wellbeing of the community, and we assure you that we will get you connected as soon as we can. If your family and community are affected by the cyclone, weโ€™re here to support you.

All nbn orders and service connections will begin again on Sunday 9 March, as long as it is safe to do so.
