How can I redeem my free coffee?
Here’s how to redeem your free coffee:
1. Set up or log in to My Account – online or download the Origin app.
2. Click on the Rewards tab and tap the 7-Eleven offer.
3. Generate your offer barcode and scan it at your nearest 7-Eleven to redeem.

Every Monday at 12.01am, your coffee offer resets and you can redeem it any day that week. Barcodes expire after 60 minutes so it’s best to generate the barcode when you’re near a 7-Eleven. If the barcode expires before you’ve had a chance to use it, just generate a new one.
Am I eligible for the 7-Eleven coffee offer?
The offer is available to all active Origin customers (residential and small business) who have a My Account login, except for Origin customers who have at least one active Origin account with a supply address in SA, TAS or NT. See terms and conditions for eligibility criteria.
What happens if my barcode expires?
If the barcode expires before you’ve had a chance to redeem your coffee, you can generate a new one. Barcodes expire after 60 minutes so it’s best to generate it when you’re near a 7-Eleven.
Can I redeem the offer at any 7-Eleven?
Yes, the offer can be redeemed at any 7-Eleven store within VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, and WA.

How many times can I redeem my free coffee reward?
Enjoy a coffee on us! Every Monday morning from 12.01am, your coffee offer will reset for the week ahead. Just generate a new barcode to redeem it any day that week. Any unredeemed offers will be forfeited.
What happens if I don't redeem my free coffee one week?
If you don’t redeem your free coffee one week, it won’t carry over to the next week. Head into 7-Eleven each week so you don’t miss out!
What happens if I can’t log in to My Account?

What if my barcode doesn't scan?
If your barcode isn’t scanning, try turning up your phone’s screen brightness. Also, double-check that the cashier has selected a regular coffee at the register before scanning your Origin barcode.
How do I know if I have a free coffee to redeem?
If you haven’t redeemed your coffee this week, you’ll see a ‘Generate barcode’ button when you log into Origin Rewards and click on the offer tile. If you’ve already redeemed it, you’ll see a reminder to come back next week.
Do I need to pay extra for a different milk?
No, the offer includes all milk types that are available at the 7-Eleven store where you’re redeeming your coffee. Just a heads-up, oat and soy milks are only available at select stores in Victoria and New South Wales.
Can I pay to upgrade the regular-sized coffee?
Hello fellow coffee fanatic! While upgrades aren’t available for this promotion, we hope it’s still the perfect pick-me-up!
Can I bring my own cup?
Yes, eco superstar! We’re all for you bringing your own takeaway cup. Just make sure to select a regular-sized coffee at the machine, so your coffee is eligible for redemption.
Can I get another regular hot drink instead?
Not for this promotion, so sorry! Our free coffee offer is only for a regular-sized coffee. Hope that still works for you!
