First and foremost, we hope you're safe and well. We’re closely working with nbn to get you back online and get you the right support if you’ve been affected by Cyclone Alfred. We’re providing funding relief to our Origin Internet customers who have experienced temporary or ongoing service disruptions to their internet service.

Credit for impacted nbn ® customers

Customers in affected postcodes across Queensland and New South Wales may be eligible for funding relief. We will contact affected Origin Internet customers in the coming weeks and apply a credit to their internet account. If you are not in an eligible postcode but have experienced an internet disruption, please contact us and we can get you the right support.

nbn connection box damage?

If your nbn connection box was damaged, you must raise a fault with us. An nbn appointment will be set up for you and a technician will fix your nbn connection box.

Ways to report an internet problem:

  1. Messaging us through Live Chat: we’re online Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm. Saturday 8am to 5pm (AEDT)

  2. Contacting us through our online form: select your service as “Internet” then “Get help with my internet account” and fill out our form.

  3. Raising a fault through the Origin app

  4. Calling us on 1300 980 711.
