1. Contact us through our form or get the right number
Open our Contact form
Choose your customer type then select your service
From here, send an email or get the phone number to call for your query
2. Contact us through My Account or the Origin app
My Account: Dashboard > My Profile menu > Contact us
Origin app: More icon (bottom of the screen) > Contact us
And if you've logged in to My Account or the Origin app, some of the form is automatically completed.
3. Contact us from overseas
If you're calling from outside of Australia, there's an international number for you.

5. Contact us via National Relay Service (NRS)
If you are Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech/communication difficulty you can contact us via your preferred NRS call channel.
To use NRS call channels you need to be a registered NRS user. Organisations and/or Businesses don’t need to be registered to use the NRS. You can sign up to NRS online via the NRS App, online form, email, post or by texting NRS Helpdesk on 0416 001 350. Visit NRS registration site for more information.
