Basic meters don’t show real time data.
Smart, or digital, meters record data every 30 minutes but only share this data with the retailer (us) once a day. We then need to check the data for accuracy to make sure we bill you correctly. This process takes 1 to 2 days. If there’s a problem with your data, it may take longer.
We know seeing your usage data quickly is important to you, and we’re working on reducing this delay as much as we can.
