Concession card not accepted?

If you've tried to add your concession card to My Account or you've contacted us and the card didn't go through, check that you have an eligible concession card

If you think your card is eligible and it's still not going through, we recommend you contact the government department that issued the card

To add an eligible concession card to an account, your concession card name and address must match your Origin account name and address. You can't add someone else's concession card to your Origin account.
