Register for My Account

1. Go to My Account

2. Click 'Register for My Account'

3. Enter the email address that's linked to your account (don't have an email address linked to your account? That's okay, just follow the steps under 'Registering your email address')

4. Enter the rest of the required fields like your surname, date of birth and postcode, and click 'Continue'

5. At this point, we need to double check it's you, so we'll send a code to either your email address or mobile - you can choose the method you prefer

6. Enter the code that's been sent to you and click 'Verify account'

7. Type in a password of your choice and click 'Continue'

You're all set and registered for My Account.

If you do not have an email address associated with your account you will need to register your email address with us.

Go to the online email registration and enter your email address

1. Follow the steps to verify your identity

2. Your email address will then be automatically attached to your account, and you can then use it to log in to My Account or the Origin app
