What a primary account holder can do
Sign Origin contracts, and renew or change
Add or remove joint account holders or authorised contacts
Add concessions details to their account to claim concessions. Note the concession card holder name and address must match the Origin account name and address.

Reasons to change a primary account holder
You might need to change the primary account holder:
when a housemate moves out who was previously the primary account holder
if you're eligible for a concession but your concession details don't match the energy account
when someone dies and you're managing their estate
