Get a payment extension
You can self-serve a payment extension for an electricity or natural gas bill if your account has no overdue amounts and you have a bill that's due soon. If your account meets these conditions, log in to My Account or use the Origin app and click the Payment extension link, then follow the prompts.

Set up a payment plan
For accounts with a zero/credit balance and no bill due soon. Setting up a payment plan may help to smooth your bills by anticipating your usage over a year and dividing it up in to smaller, more regular payments. Contact us to set this up.

For accounts with overdue amounts. Contact us to talk through how we may be able to bundle up overdue amounts with anticipated energy costs over the next year into a payment arrangement that suits.
