For residential customers:
If you no longer require LPG or you’re moving out and your new home doesn’t need LPG bottles, you can close your account. To do this, just call 13 35 74.
For business customers:
We recommend that you contact us at least 3 days before your account needs to be closed. You can chat with us online during business hours using the red Message us button at originenergy.com.au/business/lpg or call 13 35 74.
When we close your account, it stops all regular deliveries under that account. If you have another account with us, you can still place an order.
In the case that your business has been sold, the new owners will need to set up a new account and we can help them with that.
