Your internet order

We’ll email your order details and the date your service is likely to be up and running. If you've ordered an nbn® service, your connection date can vary, depending on the nbn connection type for your address.

Your modem delivery

Look out for a text message from us, which will have information about the status of your modem delivery and a link to your Australia Post tracking number.

You can ask for your modem to be left in a safe place, or have it redirected to another address.
