We're here to help you find the support you need and provide information about your LPG supply.

Potential impact to deliveries

Your LPG delivery may be impacted throughout the cyclone weather event. We're working to ensure we keep both our customers and staff safe.

Updates will be available on our website, MyAccount, and via email or SMS – please ensure your details are up to date so we can get in touch.

If you require further information about your delivery or LPG safety, please call us on 133 LPG (133 574).

LPG safety – what to do

Before the weather event

  • Turn off your LPG if it's safe to do so.

  • Don't move or disconnect larger cylinders.

  • Turn off leisure cylinders connected to BBQs and store above water levels where safe to do so.

  • Ensure all LPG cylinders are upright.

During the weather event

  • Always follow the advice of emergency services and prioritise your personal safety.

  • In the event of an emergency, or if you smell gas, call 000.

  • If you experience flooding, don't use your appliances until checked by a registered gas fitter.

  • Never use an outdoor gas appliance (such as a BBQ) indoors.

After the weather event

  • Don't attempt to recover gas bottles from floodwaters or from under heavy vegetation.

  • If your gas bottle has moved during the flood, don't turn it on and contact a registered installer.

  • In the event of an emergency, or you smell gas, call 000.

For more information, watch our LPG safety video for a 2 minute run-through of these details.
