Short answer
Within approximately seven business days of signing up to an Origin internet plan that includes a Paramount+ subscription, we’ll email you a link and a unique code to redeem it. If there's a mobile phone number in your Origin account, we’ll also SMS you the identical code 30 minutes after sending you the unique code by email.

Didn't get your unique code?
If it's more than seven business days since you signed up and you haven't received your code, email us. An Origin team member will respond within one business day.

Unique code expired?
Your unique code for Paramount+ has an expiry date, which we state in your email. You must activate your code by this date or your code will become invalid. See the full terms and conditions at Paramount+ and Origin internet offer.
