From time to time, we send eligible customers an offer to complete challenges to earn Everyday Rewards points.
If you’ve received an offer from us, log in to My Account or the Origin app and go to Rewards & Offers. You’ll see a My Challenges card, which shows you the steps to follow to receive the reward.
I have completed my challenge but the status on My Challenge card hasn’t changed. Why is that?

After you successfully complete a challenge, refresh the page to update the status. To do this, click or tap the Dashboard icon then return to Rewards & Offers. (The status also updates automatically overnight.)

Yes, we’ll send a notification to let you know direct debit has been set up on your account. If you have set it up on more than one account, you’ll receive a notification for each account.
The direct debit confirmation doesn’t mention Everyday Rewards points, but you can track the status of your points in My Account or the Origin app. The next question explains how.

Log in to My Account or the Origin app and go to Rewards & Offers. In the My Challenge section, you’ll see all your challenges and the status.
