What you can do
Find your next meter read date
Log into My Account or the Origin app
Click or tap Usage for the account you want information about
In the Usage screen, scroll past usage information then click or tap the About your [fuel type] meter link
When the screen expands, you'll see your next scheduled meter read date (+/- 2 days)
Important notes
'Smart' (digital) meters send information to the network dynamically, so there's no physical meter read
Standard meters aren't digital, and a meter reader will come to your property to take a physical read and pass the information on to us for billing. You'll still be able to see the next scheduled read date in My Account.
