Manage joint account holders

Add or remove a secondary account holder on your energy account

To add a joint account holder, get in touch – we'll set you up with a joint account holder. We won’t need to talk to the joint account holder, but we will need some of their details.

Please be aware that it can take up to 2 business days to see the new account holder’s details in your account.

To remove a joint account holder, simply head to your profile details and make the change.
