You’re getting ready to move – exciting times!
To change your move date, please give us a call on 13 66 83 – this is not something you can do online. An agent will cancel your existing request and create a new request for your connection and/or disconnection.
This means, we need a little time to get organised (particularly if you’re moving with natural gas). If you can, please allow at least 4 business days’ notice when changing your move date. We understand things change suddenly, so we’ll always do our best to help should you need to change your move date last minute.
In this instance, it’s important to understand – changing your move date right before your existing request is due to go through could result in a disconnection by your distributor. We’ll discuss the likelihood of this with you over the phone. Getting the power on at your new property is a little quicker and generally requires just 2 days’ notice.
