Problem logging into Origin app

If you can't log into the Origin app, here's what to try.

Most common reasons for the app not working, and what to do:

1. No network connection (you’re offline)
Go to your phone’s settings and check your network or wifi to make sure you’re connected.

2. Software upgrade needed
Go to your phone’s settings and upgrade to iOS 1.1 or higher. If you can't upgrade right now, manage your account online at My Account.

3. Scheduled maintenance
When this occurs, we will post a notice in the app. We try to do this at times the app gets the least activity but we’re sorry if any inconvenience is caused.
