Aus Post delays and paper bills

COVID-19 is impacting Australia Post delivery times. Switch to email billing to get your bills on time, with plenty of time to pay.

For electricity and natural gas

Simply log in to My Account, head to contact settings and find ‘How I get my bills’ to change your settings.

Not registered for My Account? You can register right here. All you need is a few minutes and the email address linked to your account.

For broadband

Give us a call on 1300 508 830 and we’ll sort this out for you. Have your account number on hand, we’ll need this to set you up with email billing.

For LPG

Origin LPG customers can request eBilling on the Switch to eBilling page. It's easier to keep track of your bills by email, and it reduces your paperwork too.
