Change direct debit

Updating your card and bank details, or cancelling your direct debit, can all be done in the Origin app or My Account.

You can update your card and bank details, or cancel your direct debit, in the Origin app or My Account. Just head to your direct debit screen.

To make any further changes, for example, to change the date of your payment – you need to cancel your direct debit first, before setting it up again for a new date.

Keep in mind a change takes 4 business days to process and may not update in time for this billing cycle.
