We don’t make any money from these fees.

The fee is charged as a percentage of the total amount. The fees charged are below:

Broadband payments

Energy payments

Visa debit card

0.26%

0.26%

Mastercard debit card

0.26%

0.20%

Visa credit card

0.26%

0.60%

Mastercard credit card

0.26%

0.73%

For energy customers, these fees only apply if you’re on a market contract. They don’t apply to standing contracts.

To avoid the fees, we always recommend you set up a direct debit using your bank account instead of your card. That way, you won’t be charged any fees and you don’t have to worry about your card expiring.
