If you need to make a change to stop this month’s automatic payment, you'll have to cancel your direct debit. Keep in mind though, a cancellation takes 4 business days to process, and may not be completed in time for this billing cycle if we receive your request within 4 business days of your payment due date.
If you’re having trouble paying your bill, and are eligible, you can extend your payment due date by up to 5 weeks. To do this:
Choose your preferred payment date
Select if you want to pay the bill in full or in instalments
If you select instalments, we'll then ask you to choose either weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. You’ll need to do this 4 business days before your payment due date.
