If you've set up or changed direct debit recently and, since then, your payments aren't being deducted:
it might not be active yet. It can take up to four days to go through, or
something went wrong. We can help you with that. See Details, below.

Go to Payment settings in My Account and check that your direct debit is set up and looks OK.
