If you've set up or changed your direct debit, it can take up to four business days to kick in.

Short answer

If you've set up or changed direct debit recently and, since then, your payments aren't being deducted:

  • it might not be active yet. It can take up to four days to go through, or

  • something went wrong. We can help you with that. See Details, below.

Details

What you can do

  1. Go to Payment settings in My Account and check that your direct debit is set up and looks OK.

  2. If it's not set up or you need to change it, see the Related articles, below.

  3. If all looks OK, email us or call 13 24 61 and we'll look into it for you.
