Request a refund
Log in to My Account to view your dashboard.
If your account is in credit, you'll see a credit amount and a link for requesting a refund. Click or tap the link and follow the prompts.

Important notes
A payment outside of direct debit can take around three business days to get to us. This could mean you don't see a refund link yet. Wait for three days and try again.
If your account had other amounts outstanding, the extra payment you made will go towards your existing debt.
